Holy days...

It's hard to believe it's already the end of the semester! We've been supporting students through finals and getting ready for things to get really quiet, as they do around winter break. But before all that we had a truly wonderful Christmas party and an Advent "stories and songs" service... Two of our favorite board members, the Christies, had us in their home to celebrate, complete with lots of festive beverages, cookies, a warm fire, and a great meal. We're glad so many folks were able to tear away from exams to be with us, as we all talked about Advent and some the scriptures and songs that help us understand this special season. We'll miss this time over Christmas, but we're looking forward to our retreat at Montreat and a new semester in January!
